1.1 — Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the bengaliwin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

1.2 — Changes to Terms

bengaliwin reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the website. Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make an effort to notify registered users by email in the case of significant changes.

1.3 — Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between versions in different languages, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2.1 — Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on the bengaliwin platform. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of age verification at any time.

2.2 — Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one bengaliwin account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering an account. bengaliwin reserves the right to close accounts where false information has been provided. If your information changes, please notify the support team immediately.

3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 — Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 — for each method
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes

3.3 — Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into your account are considered to belong solely to the registered individual. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's bank account or mobile banking are prohibited. You may be required to prove the source of funds during verification.

3.4 — Fraudulent Transactions

In the case of any fraud, chargebacks or unlawful transactions, bengaliwin reserves the right to close the account and take legal action. If a suspicious transaction is identified, withdrawals may be suspended until re-verification is completed.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A minimum wagering requirement of 20 times must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 — Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to eligible games
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met
• Each promotion has its own rules applicable to meeting bonus-related conditions

4.3 — Bonus Abuse

Any misuse of the bonus system, such as coordinated betting patterns or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, bengaliwin reserves the right to suspend the account and cancel the bonus.

5.1 — Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid when a confirmation message is displayed by the system. Bets that are not confirmed due to network issues may be considered void. Each bet will have a reference number that can be used for future verification.

5.2 — Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a sports event is cancelled or rescheduled after the designated time, bets will generally be considered void and the stake will be returned. However, rules may vary depending on specific circumstances and the type of game.

5.3 — Match Fixing and Irregularities

If a user is suspected of participating in or being involved with match fixing or any other fraudulent activity, bengaliwin will immediately close the relevant account and freeze all funds. The relevant authorities will be cooperated with in such matters.

5.4 — Technical Errors

bengaliwin reserves the right to correct any incorrect odds or payments displayed as a result of technical errors caused by software or hardware. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled.

6.1 — VIP Levels

bengaliwin offers five VIP levels. Each level includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.2 — Level Upgrade Conditions

You can move up to a higher VIP level through regular and active play. bengaliwin reserves the right to change the specific criteria for determining VIP levels when necessary.

6.3 — Cashback Payment

Weekly cashback is generally added to the account at the start of the following week. Cashback may be directly withdrawable or usable for betting — applicable conditions can be obtained from the support team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bengaliwin platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Conducting betting through automated bots or scripts
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors
• Coordinated betting or collusion with other users
• Submitting fake identity documents or forged paperwork
• Interfering with or hacking the platform's security systems
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other benefits

8.1 — Account Closure by bengaliwin

bengaliwin may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, breach of age-related conditions, or legal obligations.

8.2 — Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be made available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

8.3 — Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an administrative fee or may be archived. Please contact the support team for more details.

All content displayed on the bengaliwin platform — including logos, images, text, software, designs and trademarks — is owned by bengaliwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Prior written permission from bengaliwin is required to reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly disclose any content, except for personal, non-commercial use. Using content without permission may result in legal action.

10.1 — Disclaimer of Liability

bengaliwin will not be directly or indirectly liable for any financial loss, data loss or other consequences arising from use of the Platform, where such loss has occurred due to internet connectivity issues, third-party software or the user's own error.

10.2 — Indemnification

You agree to protect and indemnify bengaliwin and its staff against any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.
